Processing your order

We deliver directly from stock from Belgium. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will immediately notify you by e-mail.
After receiving payment, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and your order will be carefully processed and prepared for shipment. As soon as your order is being processed, you will receive tracking e-mails from our shipping platform, with which the progress of your shipment can be monitored.

Currently, we only deliver within Belgium. Deliveries within Belgium usually take place within 1 to 2 working days after sending the confirmation e-mail.

Delivery in case of absence

Are you not home at the time of delivery? Then the courier will leave a message in your mailbox with further instructions.

Tip: via the bpost app you can set a safe place where your package can be left in case of absence.

Shipping rates

All stated shipping rates include VAT.

Shipments within Belgium are handled by bpost. You can choose from the following options during ordering:

  • Collection at a bpost pick-up point: € 5.40
  • Home delivery (bpost @home): € 6.40
  • Free shipping for orders from € 100

You select the pick-up point after completing the checkout. If you do not make a choice, the nearest bpost pick-up point will be automatically selected for you.

Local delivery

For certain regions, local delivery automatically appears as an option during checkout, based on the entered shipping address. These deliveries are carried out by us personally and are completely free. Provide your mobile number and/or a remark to ensure smooth delivery.
