Delivery
We deliver directly out of stock from Belgium.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is indicated under the "shopping cart" button after entering the delivery address. For Belgium and the Netherlands, this is usually 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are always expressed in working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Free delivery
Delivery is free from €100 in Belgium and the Netherlands.
For certain regions, local delivery automatically appears as an option during checkout, based on the entered shipping address. These deliveries are carried out by us personally and are completely free.

Returns
14-day return policy
Does the product not meet your expectations? No problem! As a private individual, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return the product, you can inform us by email: hej@nordisk-ro.com
How to return?
Products can be returned within 5 working days of notification in their original product packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for return.
Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.
To avoid damage, we recommend packaging the product boxes in additional protective wrapping. Don't forget to include any accessories and manuals in the product box when returning it. The return address: Nordisk Ro, Triangelstraat 10, 8530 Harelbeke (BE)
Return costs
We are happy to cover the return costs if we have delivered an incorrect item. In that case, we will send you a return label by email. Please wait for our return label before returning the item. Do you wish to return the product because it does not meet your expectations? No problem, that is certainly possible. In that case, the shipping costs are for the customer. Be sure to choose a reliable courier service of your choice.
When can returns not be made?
- If the 14-day return period has been exceeded.
- Products that have been used, modified, or tampered with by the customer.
- Custom-made products or products that are not part of our range in our webshop.
- Professional purchases.
Refund
When the order arrives with us, we will check the items. If everything looks intact and complete, we will refund you quickly. We cannot refund used products or intentionally damaged products.
