14-day right of return
Not happy with your product? No problem! As a private individual (consumer), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return the product, you can let us know by email: hej@nordisk-ro.com
How to return
Products can be returned within 5 working days of your notification, in their original product packaging. It's important that both the product and the product box are intact in order to be returned. To avoid damage, we recommend adding an extra layer of packaging around the product box. Please do not use the product box itself as the shipping box. And don't forget to include any accessories, labels and instructions that came with the product in the product box.

Return costs
We're happy to cover the return costs if we delivered the wrong item. In that case, we'll send you a return label by email. Please wait for our return label before sending the item back. Items returned to us without a return having been requested will not be accepted.
Would you like to return the product because it doesn't meet your expectations? No problem, that's absolutely possible. In that case, the shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please choose a reliable courier service of your choice.
When is a return not possible?
- If the 14-day return period has passed.
- Products that have been used, altered or tampered with by the customer.
- Custom-made products or products that are not part of our range in our webshop.
- Business purchases.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then assess the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded within ten working days via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We cannot refund used products or products that have been deliberately damaged.
