Order processing
We ship directly from stock in Belgium. In the exceptional case that an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know immediately by email. After we receive your payment, you'll get an order confirmation by email, and your order is carefully processed and prepared for shipping. As soon as your order is being processed, you'll receive tracking emails from our shipping platform so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
At the moment, we only deliver within Belgium and to the Netherlands. Deliveries within Belgium and to the Netherlands usually take place within 1 to 2 working days after the confirmation email has been sent.
Delivery when you're not home
Not home at the time of delivery? The courier will leave a note in your mailbox with further instructions.
Tip for delivery in Belgium: using the bpost app, you can set a safe place where your parcel may be left if you're not home.
Shipping rates
All shipping rates shown include VAT.
Shipments within Belgium are handled by bpost. During checkout, you can choose from the following options:
- bpost pickup point: €5.60
- bpost @home (home delivery): €6.60
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more for shipments within Belgium.
If you choose a bpost pickup point, you can select your preferred point after completing checkout. If you don't make a choice yourself, the nearest bpost pickup point will be selected for you automatically.
Shipments to the Netherlands are handled by DPD. During checkout, you can choose from the following options:
- DPD pickup point: €5.75
- DPD home delivery: €7.75
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more for shipments to the Netherlands.
If you choose a DPD pickup point, you can select your preferred point after completing checkout. If you don't make a choice yourself, the nearest DPD pickup point will be selected for you automatically.
Local delivery
For certain regions, local delivery appears automatically as an option during checkout, based on the shipping address you enter. These deliveries are carried out by us personally and are completely free. Please provide your mobile number and/or a note to help the delivery go smoothly.
