Delivery is free from €100 in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Returns


14-day return policy
Does the product not meet your expectations? No problem! As a private individual, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return the product, you can inform us by email: hej@nordisk-ro.com

How to return?
Products can be returned within 5 working days of notification in their original product packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for return.
Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.

Return costs
We are happy to cover the return costs if we have delivered an incorrect item. In that case, we will send you a return label by email. Please wait for our return label before returning the item. Be sure to choose a reliable courier service of your choice.

When can returns not be made?

  • If the 14-day return period has been exceeded.
  • Products that have been used, modified, or tampered with by the customer.

Refund
When the order arrives with us, we will check the items. If everything looks intact and complete, we will refund you quickly. We cannot refund used products or intentionally damaged products.
